All New For 2025, Shasta 5th Wheels State-of-the-Art Production Facility

Quality of construction and quality control begins at the start and at each stage of our Shasta Phoenix manufacturing process. Our Managing Group Leaders work online to inspect each stage of the process. Non-production quality control technicians work back-line, mid-line, and end-of-line while water lines and tanks are filled (online), high pot checks (for wire shorts), lights, slides, utilities, LP lines, tires, lugs, electrical systems, leveling, and appliances are all system checked to name just a few. Units are then “red tape inspected” and corrected for cosmetics imperfections. Finally, all models are pressurized via a Seal-Tec™ test (interior pressure w/ exterior soap & water) to check for invisible seal voids. Furthermore, a third-party PDI facility is another double-down QC level that will re-check all factory QC, doubling all factory QC steps while adding a rain bay test (slides closed and open) to mimic high-pressure rain while traveling.

All Shasta 5th Wheel products have been zero-degree and 110-degree tested via 3rd party suppliers for over 24 hours. Weather Shield+ is a standard forced package to ensure extended camping time with families across North America!
